Terms of service

Last updated Oct 4, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using SEO for SaaS. Please read them before you subscribe. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Who we are

SEO for SaaS is run by Marcin Piechaczek, a sole proprietor trading as "SEO for SaaS", Szeroka 48, 46-070 Komprachcice, Poland ("we", "us").

Write to us at support@seoforsaas.dev. That's the only support channel.

2. Who these terms are for

SEO for SaaS is built for businesses that publish a blog for their own product, and we sell it to business customers only: people and organizations who use it for a trade, business, or profession, including one they're preparing to start. You don't need a registered company or a VAT ID. A founder building a product qualifies.

By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm that:

  • you use the service for your trade, business, or profession, including one you're preparing to start, and not for personal purposes;

  • you're at least 18; and

  • if you act for a company or other organization, you can accept these terms on its behalf. "You" then means that organization too.

3. Your account and workspace

  • You sign in with a link we email you, or with Google. There are no passwords. Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who can open your inbox can sign in as you.

  • Each account belongs to one person. Don't share it.

  • A plan belongs to a workspace. The workspace's owner manages the plan and billing. Owners and admins can invite people up to the plan's seats. You're responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace.

  • Tell us right away at support@seoforsaas.dev if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. What the service does

SEO for SaaS reads the site you add, researches topics, and writes, fact-checks, and edits articles for your blog with AI models. It can also rewrite articles that lose clicks, check whether articles are indexed, and, if you connect it, read your Google Search Console data. Articles reach your site through our read-only API and a signed webhook that your own integration uses.

Each site publishes in one of two modes:

  • Publish automatically: new articles and rewrites are published to the content API without your review.

  • Review first: new articles stay as drafts until you approve them.

The features, limits, and prices of each plan are on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

5. AI-written content: what to expect

  • Articles are written by AI models, with research from the web and search data. We check facts and cite sources, but AI can still be wrong, out of date, or incomplete.

  • You decide what appears on your site. If you choose Publish automatically, you accept that articles go live without a human review.

  • Articles aren't legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and we don't promise any ranking, traffic, or sales result. Results shown on our site, such as our own app's, are examples, not promises.

  • Similar prompts can give similar text. We don't promise that an article is unique to you.

6. Plans, prices, and payment

  • Reseller. Link, our reseller, charges you, adds sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Your payment is also covered by Link's own terms (the "Sold Through Link Terms" at link.com/terms), which you see at checkout.

  • Prices. Prices on our site are in US dollars and exclude tax. Link adds the tax that applies where you are, and may show the price in your local currency.

  • Billing period and renewal. You pay monthly or yearly, in advance. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

  • Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll email the workspace owner at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. If you don't want the new price, cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged it.

  • Monthly articles and rewrites. Each plan includes a number of articles and a separate number of rewrites per billing period, shared across the workspace's sites. Unused articles and rewrites don't roll over. Each plan also caps sites, seats, and articles per day.

  • Free first batch. With Autopilot on, your first articles for each new site are free, on top of your monthly articles. It comes with a paid plan, not instead of one. The number per site depends on your plan. Each site gets it once, and a workspace gets at most the plan's per-site batch times its number of sites, ever, so removing and re-adding a site doesn't earn a new batch. It has no cash value.

  • No free trial. There's no free trial.

  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Link retries it and your plan keeps working in the meantime. If the retries fail, the plan ends and your workspace turns read-only, as after a cancellation (section 7).

7. Changing or canceling your plan

  • Changing plans. You can change plans or billing period from the billing page anytime. The change applies right away, to a larger or a smaller plan. Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the period and invoices it right away; it shows the exact amount, with tax, before you confirm. On a smaller plan your sites keep running and nothing published is removed, but your monthly limits follow the new plan from then on, and everyone in the workspace has to fit its seats.

  • Canceling. Cancel anytime from the billing page, or through your Link account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops, and you aren't charged again.

  • After it ends. The dashboard turns read-only. New articles and rewrites stop. Your published articles stay available through the content API, so your blog keeps building, for as long as your account exists.

8. Refunds and your right to cancel

  • Our policy. Payments are for a period of service that starts right away, including the free first batch, so we don't refund unused time, partial periods, or a change of mind, except as below.

  • Link's refund policy comes first. Refund requests for a payment go to Link support (support.link.com). Link can issue a refund within 60 days of a payment in the cases its refund policy lists, for example a payment you didn't authorize, a duplicate charge, or a service that's significantly not as described. Where Link's policy gives you more than ours, Link's policy applies. You can also write to us first: if we can fix the problem, we will, and we can ask Link to refund you.

  • If we close your workspace. If we close a paid workspace without cause (section 13), we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

  • EU and UK consumers. If you're a consumer under EU or UK law, Link's terms give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of getting access to the service, through Link support. Nothing in these terms takes that right away.

  • Polish sole traders. If you're a sole trader registered in Poland and the purchase isn't of a professional nature for your business, Polish law may give you some consumer rights, including the 14-day right to withdraw. Those rights apply as the law provides.

  • Chargebacks. Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please write to us or to Link support. Stripe handles disputes for us.

9. Your content and who owns the articles

  • Your material. You keep all rights in what you give us: your site, your product details, your author details, and your Search Console data. You give us permission to use them only to run the service for you, including sending them to the providers listed in our privacy policy.

  • The articles are yours. Between you and us, the articles, images, and other output we create for your workspace belong to you. We transfer to you any rights we have in them, from the moment they're created, and you may use, change, and publish them anywhere, including after your plan ends.

  • What we keep using. You let us store and process the articles to run the service: to serve them through the API, rewrite them, check them, and link between them. We don't publish your articles anywhere else and don't show them to other customers.

  • Our marketing. We name you or show your articles in our marketing only with your written permission.

  • Third-party material. Articles can quote and link to sources, embed public videos, and name other products. Those sources stay their owners' property. You're responsible for checking that what you publish suits your site and complies with the law where you publish.

  • Images on our servers. Article images are served from our media server (media.seoforsaas.dev). They stay hosted there, including after you delete a site or your account, until you ask us at support@seoforsaas.dev to delete them. If you want copies that don't depend on us, download them to your own host.

10. Using the service properly

You agree not to:

  • add a site, app, or Search Console property you aren't allowed to act for;

  • use the service to create content that's unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights, or to impersonate someone;

  • use the free tools or the API to attack, overload, or scrape other people's sites;

  • share your API or content keys publicly, resell access, or get around plan limits, rate limits, or security checks;

  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Keep your content keys secret. If one leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.

11. Other services you connect

  • Google Search Console. When you connect it, you let us read your Search Console data with read-only access. We never write to Search Console, and never submit or remove a URL. You can disconnect anytime in the dashboard or in your Google account. Google's own terms apply to your Google account.

  • Your blog and host. Your site, its hosting, and the integration that reads our API are yours. We aren't responsible for them, or for a webhook address you give us.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we don't offer a service level agreement. We may change, add, or remove features. If a change removes something your plan includes, we'll email the workspace owner at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before your next renewal.

13. Suspension and ending the agreement

  • You can stop using the service anytime: cancel your plan, and if you want, delete your account from the account page.

  • We may suspend or close a workspace, with notice where we reasonably can, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if the law requires it. If we close a paid workspace without such a reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

  • Sections 5, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 20 still apply after the agreement ends.

14. Deleting your account and your data

  • You can delete your account from the account page. Deleting it deletes your workspaces that nobody else is in, with their sites and articles. A blog that reads them from the content API loses them; copies already on your site stay. You can't delete your account while a workspace only you are in still has a plan; cancel it and wait for the period to end first.

  • Article images stay on our media server after deletion until you ask us to delete them (section 9).

  • For a copy of your data, email support@seoforsaas.dev from your account's address before you delete.

  • We keep some billing records after deletion because tax law requires it. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

15. No warranties

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't give any warranty that isn't written in these terms, including that the service or the articles will be fit for a particular purpose, accurate, or that they'll bring a particular result. This doesn't limit any right you have by law that can't be excluded.

16. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for harm caused intentionally, or any liability that can't be limited by law.

  • Otherwise, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings, or indirect damage, and our total liability to you for all claims in any 12 months is limited to what you paid for the service in those 12 months.

  • You're responsible for the content you publish on your site and for decisions you make based on the service. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published, a site you weren't allowed to add, or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

17. Complaints

If something doesn't work as these terms describe, write to support@seoforsaas.dev. Tell us your account's email address, what happened, and what you'd like us to do. We reply by email within 14 days of getting your complaint.

18. What you need to use the service

A current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an email address, and an internet connection. To publish articles you need a site that can read our API, or a developer who can connect it. The documentation at docs.seoforsaas.dev explains how.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version here with a new date and email the workspace owner at least 30 days before a change that affects you applies. If you don't agree with the change, cancel before it applies; you won't be charged under the new terms. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

20. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts competent for our registered address in Poland hear any dispute. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your own courts.
